Our experience with Cameron Garofalo was great. He made it easy from start to finish. Because we were listing the condo in December, we had anticipated a spring sale, but he had it sold in a matter of weeks. The closing went smoothly without us having to drive down to Miramar Beach, which was particularly helpful since we were needing to help with an ailing parent. And, speaking of helpful...when we realized we had forgotten to clear out our storage locker, Cameron volunteered to go over and take the contents out and to store the things at his place until we were back in Miramar Beach. Really above and beyond. We know that when the time comes that we decide to sell our other unit, we will be asking Cameron to be our realtor again. Thanks Cameron, you rock!
