About Seacrest Beach
Seacrest Beach is the community nicely squeezed between the acclaimed 30A communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Easily recognized by it'over-sized "Beach Chair Tower" at the entrance of the community, and "beach house/cottage" architecture, Seacrest Beach is a vacation home haven that has it all - deeded beach access, beach trams, a large lagoon pool, family friendly, entertainment, bike rentals, restaurants -- and a price tag less than 1/2 of many of the home offerings in the neighboring communities. Driving through Seacrest Beach, you'll find kids tossing ball in the palm-lined streets, families walking with their beach towels to the lagoon pool, and homes teeming with life during the rental months.
This is an excellent community to find a well-performing vacation rental under or near the $1m mark.
