Unimpressed? That is OVER $1 BILLION MORE Gross Sales than 2019. (and 2019 was a great year!)

High Price Points.

Nearly four times (40 vs. 10) as many $5,000,000+ homes have been sold in 2020 over last year. 

More than double (306) homes have been sold on 30A over $2,000,000 this year vs last year.

Middle price points.

More than double (406) homes have been sold on 30A between $1,000,000 - $2,000,000 vs. last year.

All price points.

Overall sales on 30A are up 52% year over year. 

Gulf Front Homes.

More than double (62) gulf front homes sold on 30A thus far in 2020 vs. last year. 


Record Setting Sales.

This year's record setting highest sales have been $14m, $15.1m, and just under $16m so far.

Alys Beach.

Alys Beach sales are up 68% and average home prices are up 55% (to $3.67m)

Releases of condos, new sections of development, and the highly anticipated Alys Beach Club is driving sales. Not to mention every home being built to incredible strength standards.
