*Love this photo? You can purchase it and most others on our site via local 30A photographers who have donated art to support the partnerships we have in Nicaragua. *
#1.) No need for cars - walk or bike everywhere!
- Intentionally master-designed to encourage walking and biking, you won't need (nor want) your car after you check-in and park for the week.
#2.) Cottage style homes and cozy condos encourage families to interact
- While you won't find huge 8 bedroom homes in Seaside, you'll find beautiful cottage homes with 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms and more rarely, a 6 bedroom home. Condos range from unique studios with perches overlooking the gulf to larger 3 and 4 bedroom options that are rarely offered around the amphitheater.

Coffee's are available steps away at Amavida Coffee Seaside, the local grocery - Modica Market has pretty much anything else you could want. And if you're in the mood for an organic super fruit bowl, check out Ji-Shi Ki-chn. For the Sweet Tooth's you'll find all the ice cream, Froyo and the likes at Heavenly's.
- During the summer and other times of the year, you'll find the Amphitheater hosting kids concerts, learning opportunities, symphonies, plays, and the REP Theatre in action
