At the core of why Live 30A exists, we value generosity, gratitude, community and adventure. In 2019 we founded Live 30A Real Estate company after years in the industry to create and leave a legacy as 30A’s hometown real estate company and a company of agents that made an eternal impact. That’s why every home sale transaction at Live 30A creates a profit that we reinvest into positively impacting a life via partnership with our sister 501c3 nonprofit Give 30A.
Give 30A works locally and internationally (in Leon, Nicaragua) to help change lives via partnerships with organizations doing amazing work. Through their partnerships, Give 30A helps partner organizations reach their dreams faster, serve more people, and do what they do, even better. Give 30A also helps provide sustainable food through tree-planting programs, clean water through well & filtration initiatives, and eco-friendly solar power to offset expenses.
Give 30A was founded by three locals, including our broker and founder Jon Lyons and exists as a separate entity to serve and engage the community at large.

We’re excited to share that since our founding in 2019, with God’s grace and the support of many, many clients and customers – we’ve been able to help impact many lives along the way including helping to provide solar panels for a school & a farm, plant hundreds of fruit trees for food, provide clean water to many, and care for many more.
