Hey friends! Your impact in Live 30A has come together beautifully these last few months. This report is our very first, and we are honored to both work with you and partner with you in supporting those in need.
In this season, I've learned that people are more generous than I ever knew and I've grown in so many ways launching a real estate company with the bigger picture of giving back. I'm so grateful for the outpouring of support, the great team of agents who have partnered with the mission, the wisdom and ideas they bring, and for your trust in us to help you enjoy life on 30A.

The how and why...
As we serve you with real estate services here on 30A, we are able to generate and distribute 20% of the profits with the purpose of reinvesting into people in need across the globe - currently, our main focus is Leon, Nicaragua. Earning the trust of current and soon-to-be 30A property owners, we are also excited to connect you to the people, non-profits, and projects we are passionate about. This deepens relationships and increases awareness of opportunities to serve our neighbors and strengthen the world for a better tomorrow. Giving is GREAT, but SERVING with our hands and feet is the real fun and where life change is made. The Live 30A team will visit our continued partnerships and friends in Leon, Nicaragua. We would love to bring you to meet our wonderful Nicaraguan partners on our annual team impact trip.
Q1 IMPACT OVERVIEW
- Our team is continuing fundraising and in Q1 we have raised $2,800 for the Salgado House build. This young family of 5 currently lives on dirt floors in a home built with sticks, tarps, and scrap. Current progress: Home site cleared and prepared, family water tower constructed (sends water to 3 separate homes), plumbing and septic, foundation dug, footers, steel, and concrete for footers poured. Ready for walls and roof.
- Our Team has served 11 families in Q1 who are now enjoying the beach lifestyle on 30A in their new homes, and each sale has directly contributed 20% profits to make the global impacts in this report.
- Partnering with Living Hope Nicaragua, we were able to partner to provide 50-100 meals a month to the hungry and homeless wondering the streets of Leon, Nicaragua.
- Partnering with Twelve Churches in Nicaragua, we've been able to provide support for a beautiful farm that supplies much needed meat, eggs, fruits, and veggies to 6 feeding centers for children in poverty conditions.
SALGADO FAMILY HOME BUILD:
On past mission trips, we have identified a significant need to build a home for a young family in Leon, Nicaragua. This family has three young ladies, who of which are school aged that Jon and Fantasia contribute to for private education each year (imperative, as education is a key out of continued poverty).
Collectively, we've raised approximately 50% towards funding the $12,500 needed to complete the home. Our goal is to raise enough for the team to build the home by the summer. If you'd like to partner in helping build the Salgado family a home, check out their story and partner with us here on the GoFundMe page.
EMPOWERING YOUTH & FEEDING HOMELESS:
As a team we are grateful to make monthly contributions to Living Hope Nicaragua, a ministrywith a passion for empowering youth with free English classes, leadership training, and the mercy program encouraging the youth to help feed the hungry on the streets of Nicaragua.
Living Hope Nicaragua enables youth to attain better social, economic, and spiritual lives and, in turn, reach out to others providing the same empowerment.
Our partnership with Twelve Churches Ministry is through a monthly donation from Live 30A that helps provide assistance towards: farm fresh fruits, veggies, and eggs to 6 feeding centers for at-risk children in Leon, Nicaragua.
Campo Sagrado or "Holy Ground", began in April 2018 and includes 2 chicken houses, wells, an irrigation system, healthy chickens producing eggs, plantains, guavas, papayas, lemons, oranges, passion fruit, bananas, and smaller crops such as squash and watermelons.
"The children who visit the feeding centers are the cutest in all in Nicaragua" - Fantasia Lyons
We're excited to continue into Q2 and impact more lives with home sales on 30A! In this unique time of separation and distancing to protect our world from the Covid-19 virus, we feel it's all the more the perfect time to be continuing to learn ways to live simply so that we can give generously.
Thank you for your trust, your time, your referrals, and your overall generous support of Live 30A! Our team is honored to serve you and serve others for a better tomorrow.
Live Simply. Give Generously. Live 30A.
