Broker Notes for Buyers:
Right now, there’s excellent listings on the market, sellers are generally negotiable, and market outlooks for the short term future look relatively flat until interest rates drop. Once they do, massive buyer interest is likely. Keen buyers are finding deals, renovating, building, and investing in the long term.
The picture of 30A in 5, 10, 20 years down the road is incredible in terms of what the real estate market here can be, but property is very limited due to geographical factors.
Broker Notes for Sellers:
As a seller, buyer interest picked up significantly over the past 30 days. There’s lots of listings hitting the market, so you’ll need to stand out on multiple fronts: Market presentation is key – what’s special? Is your property highlighted in the best way? Is it in great condition? (Even a $500 spruce up may make the difference) Is it priced well and competitively? When buyers think of your community or price point, are they thinking of your property as a top 3?
Choose your Realtor wisely, one who has amazing looking listings already, is getting results, and is has the energy is key. Active management of your listing with weekly updates, market feedback, etc. is important.
