The market on 30A is going through a fundamental shift where people are able to travel, vacation, and work from wherever they want. As the southeastern United States looks to the beach for vacation and real estate opportunities, the Florida panhandle is a major contender, with the 30A / South Walton area as a prime location for those who know it and love it.

As we head into the warmer months of the year here at the beach, the real estate market heats up as well! Typically, this is also a great time to purchase because you are able to close in the spring and enjoy the property with family before summer rental season comes (right around the time the first mortgage payment is due).
