Jalina Cevolani

I’ve worked in real estate for the last 10 years in varying capacities, in both the Southern California market as well as 30A. I’ve also been a real estate investor in both markets and am grateful for the opportunity to use my experience to help clients establish and grow their real estate portfolio whether as rental properties, vacation homes or primary residences. I’m also an interior designer and certified home stager so I can bring vision and staging assistance to position listings in the best light to help command the highest sales price, and with home purchases can assist with facilitating renovation work in partnership with our team of preferred contractors. I self manage my real estate investments so can help you maximize return on short term and long term rentals and have also spearheaded the acquisition, project management, interior design and marketing for my flip properties that have yielded unprecedented returns and I look forward to helping you do the same!

Some of my other passions are the sacred time I get with my kiddos, Caden and Saela and all of our adventures together. They are such a gift! I also love pretty much anything outdoors, anything active and in the sunshine! Beaching, surfing, snowboarding, walking/running, exploring new places. Listening to podcasts, learning new things and passing those things along to others keeps me hungry for more and inspired. I’m crazy about sunrises, sunsets and the night sky…all things God’s creation. Also travel, health and wellness and obviously Jesus!!!
