Throughout his career, Daniel has helped transform iconic properties in Grayton Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, and across South Walton. Among his most recognized projects is the legendary Grayton House, affectionately known as the Washaway House, on historic Hotz Avenue in Grayton Beach. Originally built in the 1890s, the home's thoughtful restoration and reconstruction became one of the most celebrated preservation projects on 30A, allowing one of the area's most treasured landmarks to begin a new chapter while honoring its remarkable history.
