To start, I'm a lifelong local to Walton County and grew up on 30A.

We used to stay at Seagrove Villas Hotel in Seagrove Beach and stargaze from the old rooftops of concrete block gulf-front houses in Blue Mountain.

Nowadays, both Seagrove Villas and most of the concrete homes have been torn down and beautiful new homes now stand in their place.

I've seen so much change on 30A over the last 30+ years I've been here, but one thing remains steady.

Those white sandy beaches and emerald green waters are as mesmerizing today as they have been for centuries before.

And I'm grateful to now raise my family of 5 (wife and 3 sons!) along the same stretch of sand that I grew up playing on.

The small real estate teams of 3-4 I have been on over the last 2 years have grossed $160M+ in sales volume and I am an active investor and developer in the 30A/Santa Rosa Beach communities.

All that to say, I know this market exceptionally well and I believe in it with unwavering conviction.

Some of my greatest joys aside from God and my family are:
