A lifelong Walton County local, Travis grew up in Freeport with deep family roots in the area and has spent his life watching this community grow while holding onto the values that make it special. Today, he's grateful to be raising his own family here, investing in the same place that shaped him, and helping others experience everything that makes life along the Emerald Coast so unique.

As Co-Broker and Partner at Live 30A Real Estate, Travis combines years of brokerage experience with a teacher's heart. Whether he's guiding first-time buyers, advising seasoned investors, mentoring agents, or helping families navigate life's biggest financial decisions, his greatest satisfaction comes from helping other people succeed. He believes the best real estate professionals don't simply open doors—they educate, lead, and empower clients to make wise decisions with confidence.

Over the years, he has helped clients purchase and sell everything from family homes to luxury properties while also becoming an active real estate investor and developer himself.

Outside of real estate, Travis' greatest calling is his family. He and his wife are raising four sons, and much of his life is centered around investing in the next generation. His faith is foundational to everything he does. He leads men's small groups at Destiny Worship Center, enjoys mentoring and encouraging others, and is passionate about helping people grow into the leaders they were created to become.
